'Tis the Season...

For macaroons that is! Let's face the facts people, the macaroons you find at the market in the tin can are a poor excuse for this coconutty piece of heaven! I found this recipe online and dare I say it could be one of the BEST things I have ever made!

2/3 cup flour
5 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with foil.
2. Stir together flour, coconut, and salt. Stir in milk and vanilla until well blended.
 3. Drop golf ball sized cookies onto baking sheets.
 4. Bake for about 15 minutes.
